From Huntsville, AL driving East on Hwy 72
Driving east on I-565, continue past downtown Huntsville across the mountain (or hill if you prefer). I-565 turns into Hwy 72 east going up the hill. Go 20 miles east on Hwy 72 through Gurley and Paint Rock to mile marker 122.5. Turn right on Jackson County Rd 63/Co Rd 5 (signs to Cathedral Caverns). Go 3 miles south on Co Rd 63 to first Cathedral Caverns Road. If you pass a Hitching Post Store you went too far. Turn left on old Cathedral Cavern Road and go east for .2 miles to Ambush Trail. You will see sign on left for SASS Cowboy shooters. Turn left on Ambush Trail and follow road around back of pavilion to action pistol bays.

Driving south out of Scottsboro, follow Highway 72 West towards Huntsville. Driving north out of Guntersville, follow Highway 431 towards Huntsville. Turn right onto Cathedral Caverns Hwy (the second bridge on your right). Travel 8.5 miles through Grant, AL to the second Cathedral Caverns Road. Just past the Hitching Post Store on your left, turn right on the second Cathedral Cavern Road and go east for .2 miles to Ambush Trail. You will see sign on left for SASS Cowboy shooters. Turn left on Ambush Trail and follow road around back of pavilion to action pistol bays.
